When you use REPLLY, we collect:

  • Account Information: Email address (through Clerk authentication)
  • Social Media Credentials: Access tokens for Facebook and Instagram (to post on your behalf)
  • Content Data: Posts, captions, images, and AI-generated content you create
  • Usage Data: How you interact with our service
  • Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe (we don't store your credit card details)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve REPLLY's services (scheduling posts, generating AI content)
  • Connect to your social media accounts and post content as you direct
  • Generate AI-powered captions and content suggestions
  • Process your payments and manage your subscription
  • Provide customer support
  • Send important service updates

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate REPLLY:

  • Clerk: User authentication and account management
  • Supabase: Secure database storage
  • OpenAI: AI content generation (your content is processed to generate captions and suggestions)
  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Social media platform APIs for posting content

These services have their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum data necessary for them to provide their services.

4. Data Security

We take security seriously. Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Social media tokens are encrypted and stored safely. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. After you request deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we're required by law to retain it longer.

How to Delete Your Data

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time.

To request data deletion:

  1. Send an email to support@replly.io
  2. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line
  3. Provide your account email address

What happens next:

  • We'll confirm your identity
  • We'll delete all your personal data, including:
    • Account information
    • Social media tokens
    • All posts and content you created
    • AI-generated content
  • Deletion will be completed within 30 days
  • You'll receive confirmation once completed

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your data
  • Correction: Update incorrect information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your data (see section above)
  • Export: Download your content
  • Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails (service emails may still be sent)

8. Children's Privacy

REPLLY is available to users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use our service. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@replly.io.

9. International Users

REPLLY is operated from the United States. If you're using our service from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Continued use of REPLLY after changes means you accept the updated policy.
